There, you will find a pricing list of 1-hour and half-hour private coaching sessions for both in-person and virtual classes. In addition to booking sessions with us "a la carte", we also offer monthly packages. For a list of those prices, click on the Plans & Pricing tab, also in the upper right-hand corner of the Homepage.

Yes, we do, but as we're just getting the business up and running, the dates, times, and location of these classes will be posted here on the site as they become available, so be sure to check in with us often for updates on upcoming group classes!

Absolutely! We love kids here at SRS, and we train children as young as 6 years-old. Every type of class, private coaching session, and/or workshop that is offered on the site, we also gladly offer to children.
